Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $100.
Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.
Compound Stability in Transit
Compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. The lyophilized format is stable at ambient temperatures and does not require cold-chain shipping — typical sealed shelf-life is ≥24 months when stored at -20°C, with significant stability at standard ambient ranges throughout transit. Bacteriostatic water ships at ambient and remains stable. Once a compound is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the resulting solution should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within 30 days.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@meritpeptides.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship or refund your order.
